Support matters

CURA COLLECTIVE is a network of Registered Clinical Counsellors and holistic practitioners that support the full arc of the human experience- beginnings, endings, and the life lived in-between.

Our mental health therapists meet you with compassion, expertise, skill, and genuine care in your most challenging seasons. We help to make sense of the patterns, stories, and emotions that shape your experience. Whether what you’re bearing shows up as stress, anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or relationship conflict, we’re here to support repair and reconnection.

We also offer non-medical, end-of-life care with an End-of-Life Doula Candidate training with the Canadian Home Hospice Association. See how death doula services can help you to move more freely when illness, death, or dying is part of your lived experience.

What We Offer

Individual
Counselling

Our clinicians are trained to listen closely, not just to what’s said, but to what’s felt beneath the surface. Using evidence-informed, relational approaches, we help you unpack what’s shaping your inner world and build new ways of being that feel more true to you.

Family
Counselling

Whether you’re navigating change, conflict, or disconnection, our work will focus on restoring clarity and care in your family. Our therapist helps each member feel seen, removes the blame, and guides the family system toward greater connection, understanding, and resilience.

Eating Disorders
Support

Recovery is possible, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. We offer deeply attuned, evidence-informed support tailored to the unique needs of individuals grappling with the complexities of eating disorders, body image, and identity. Our experienced therapist supports you to chart new paths forward.

End-of-Life
Care

If you’re navigating serious illness, loss, or the dying process, you deserve support that meets the depth of what you’re carrying. Our end-of-life services provide compassionate care for individuals and loved ones, whether you're planning ahead or in the thick of it.
