BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsatisfied in relationships, we’ve got you covered. Sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) are designed to meet you where you are, offering skilled, compassionate support through your most deeply human experiences.

Our clinicians draw from evidence-informed approaches including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP). Our approach is grounded in the knowledge that healing begins with a safe, attuned relationship. We meet you with curiosity and care, rather than judgment or pressure.

You don’t have to feel “ready” to begin. You just need a quiet place and a willingness to begin. Together, we’ll explore what hurts and move towards what heals.

  • Depression & anxiety

  • Stress, burnout, & tough transitions

  • Disordered eating & body image

  • Disconnection from self & others

Family Counselling

Ideal for families experiencing:

  • Parent-teen conflict

  • Youth mental health concerns

  • Communication breakdowns

  • Family transitions

When relationships feel strained or stuck, family therapy can help you slow down, communicate more clearly, and reconnect with the ones you love. Whether you're parenting a struggling teen, navigating intergenerational conflict, or adjusting to a new reality, we’re here to help families find their ways forward, together.

Clients often tell us they feel more comfortable opening up in the privacy of their own homes, or other familiar spaces. Online therapy allows for deep, focused conversations, especially during emotionally charged moments. Family members can join the conversation from separate locations on their own devices. This format helps us accommodate busy schedules, support emotional regulation, and navigate conflict safely. You set the pace. We help you listen and respond to what matters.

There’s no single way families are “supposed” to be. At CURA COLLECTIVE, we slow down, listen deeply, and support every voice in the room. Together, we work toward building a more respectful, resilient family dynamic. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping your family become a safer, more connected place to be.

Eating Disorders Support

Ideal for teens, adults, and families experiencing:

  • Disordered eating and food preoccupation

  • Body image distress and low self-worth

  • Recovery after inpatient or intensive programs

  • Caregiver fatigue or confusion

  • A need for meal support, online and in real-time

  • Limited access to local or specialized care

If you or a loved one are struggling with food, eating, or body image, you don’t need to wait for things to get worse to seek support. We offer weight-inclusive, trauma-informed support for individuals and families affected by eating disorders, using approaches grounded in both evidence and deep compassion.

Our clinicians draw on Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), DBT-informed skills, and relational, strengths-based frameworks to support healing that honours each person’s story. Whether you’re newly navigating a diagnosis, in the thick of recovery, or unsure how to begin, you’re welcome here.

Support may include individual therapy, caregiver coaching, real-time meal support, and psychoeducation around body image, emotion regulation, and the social and developmental roots of disordered eating. We’re here to help you understand how eating disorders take hold, and how healing can happen, even in complex circumstances.

Our virtual sessions make this work more accessible than ever. If you live in a remote area, are managing a full household, or need flexibility across locations, online therapy allows for regular, private, and skilled support, across BC. Families can join from multiple devices or locations, and therapy can happen in the very places where eating and caregiving take place. We prioritize safety, attunement, and collaboration in our work, supporting healing at the pace of safety.

End-of-Life Care

Ideal for people of all ages:

  • Living with a terminal or life-limiting illness

  • Planning for end-of-life

  • Building legacy, exploring meaning, or saying goodbyes

  • Supporting a loved one who is dying

Death is one of life’s few guarantees. However, it’s often the one we feel least equipped for. At CURA COLLECTIVE, we offer non-medical, emotional, and practical support, centred around your needs and values. End-of-life care may involve processing emotions around dying, navigating difficult decisions, creating legacy projects, or simply being witnessed in what’s unfolding.

Our End-of-Life Doula Candidate, Hailey Exley, offers deep care, presence, and intention, helping clients to feel heard and maintain autonomy. As she completes certification through Canada’s Home Hospice Association, Hailey is currently offering end-of-life services voluntarily and free of charge. Whether you're facing your own mortality or walking alongside someone who is, we invite you to reach out.
